Earlier this month, 3XNest completed a successful installation of an expandable modular home near Puerto Varas, Chile, located in the cool, wet Los Lagos Region of southern South America. As the Chilean autumn progresses with frequent rain and temperatures ranging between 8°C and 18°C, the client needed a reliable, insulated housing solution for their lakeside property.
