The test, carried out from April 15 to May 10, 2024, strictly followed Eurocode standards (EN 1991-1-3:2003+A1:2015, EN 1991-1-4:2005+A1:2010, EN 1998-3:2005+AC:2013) to evaluate wind, snow, and earthquake resistance. Key test results confirm the product’s outstanding safety performance:

  • Wind Resistance: Withstands wind pressure up to 4.18 kN/m², meeting 50-year wind load requirements.
  • Snow Resistance: Handles balanced snow loads of 36 psf (180° roof slope) and 40.70 psf (20.5° roof slope), adapting to cold regions.
  • Earthquake Resistance: Complies with 8-degree seismic fortification intensity (0.2g seismic acceleration) and offers an allowable in-plane shear of 1,220 lbs, ensuring stability in seismic zones.

Additionally, the test verified the product’s structural integrity: intact doors/windows, smooth wall surfaces, no deformation or water leakage, and size deviations within allowable ranges. The main structure’s bearing capacity and joint stability fully meet safety standards for long-term use.
