The 30ft flat top expandable folding container house brings together modern design, robust materials, and smart spatial planning to create a comfortable modular home suitable for 3–6 people. With a floor area of 56 square meters, it offers more space than the standard 20ft model while maintaining the flexibility of quick deployment and easy transportation.

 

 

This expandable container house features a fully galvanized main frame, strengthened with 801403.0mm square tubes. The walls are built with T65mm EPS color steel sandwich panels, while the roof uses T50mm EPS corrugated panels, providing reliable insulation in both hot and cold climates. The flooring system includes a center layer of fireproof cement board and bamboo plywood, ensuring both fire resistance and comfort underfoot.

 

 

Internally, the house includes a complete electrical system with 30–40W LED ceiling lights, standard international sockets, and double open switches. The setup also supports air conditioning, water heating, and kitchen/bathroom appliances, making it ideal for long-term occupancy.

 

 

With its smart expandable design, 1 unit fits into a 40HQ container, making it a highly economical solution for remote offices, tourist cabins, construction site housing, and temporary headquarters.
